A MICHELIN-STARRED CHEF IS TAKING OVER MIRAI.
Bandra's dining calendar has a particularly interesting entry. Chef Guillaume Galliot is taking over Mirai for two exclusive evenings, bringing his French-Japanese culinary approach to a specially curated six-course menu. A collaboration that gives Mumbai diners an opportunity to explore his cooking in a different setting. And yes, this sounds like the kind of reservation worth making plans around.
SHAH RUKH KHAN IS CALLING THE TUNES
King Khan is stepping into festival curation with UNIFYD, bringing Arijit Singh, Karan Aujla and Sonu Nigam onto one line-up. Set for 20 March 2027 at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, the one-day music festival will feature over 15 artists across multiple stages.
MUMBAI HAS A NEW WATERFRONT ADDRESS.
For a city surrounded by water, Mumbai hasn't always made the most of its waterfront. That conversation is beginning to change. The Ballard Pier Downtown Experience Centre has opened in South Mumbai, bringing together dining, retail, fashion and culture along the city's historic eastern harbour. More than a cruise terminal, the new destination introduces a growing collection of homegrown brands and hospitality concepts, with harbour views as part of the experience. Perhaps Mumbai is finally getting reacquainted with the sea.
ANDHERI IS HAVING AN ITALIAN SUMMER.
Who says Amalfi has to be a summer holiday? Que Sera Sera in Andheri West has introduced Limoncello: Amalfi to Mumbai, a limited-edition menu bringing citrus-inspired European plates, limoncello cocktails and refreshing non-alcoholic creations to the table. Think bright flavours, a little Italian influence and enough lemon to make the theme very clear. The menu is available until 15 November.
