FOOTBALL’S FASHION MOMENT ISN’T WAITING FOR KICK-OFF.
The interesting part isn’t simply that footballers are wearing designer suits. That has been happening for a while.
It’s that everything before the game has become part of the image now too the airport arrival, the hotel exit, the walk from the bus.
Louis Vuitton dressing Real Madrid turns those in-between moments into something coordinated without making everyone look quite the same. The club identity is there, but so are individual initials, reversible pieces and enough styling detail to give the clothes a life beyond “official team uniform.”
AND NO, YOU CAN’T BUY IT.
Perhaps the most convincing sign that this really is a uniform? The collection isn’t heading to stores.
Like last season, the pieces are reserved for Real Madrid’s players and club representatives. So if you want to see the new Louis Vuitton x Real Madrid wardrobe in action, forget the shop window.
Watch the arrivals. Because apparently, the first look of match day now happens long before anyone steps onto the pitch.
