August isn’t giving Mumbai much reason to stay home. The next few weeks move from long festive lunches and Onam tables to bartender takeovers, homegrown pop-ups, wellness conversations and Sundays by the sea.
Independence Day takes over some of the city’s biggest dining rooms, while Navroz brings its own reason to gather around the table. Elsewhere, KOKO welcomes Japanese bartender Keisuke Yamamoto, Bastian Beach Club has two big Sundays on the calendar, and Fairmont turns the conversation towards longevity and living well. In other words, there’s a lot happening.
These are the plans we’d put on the calendar first.
